Privacy information
Assurance Class S.L., identified above, is responsible for your personal data.
Use. Your name, email and platform are required to fulfil your licence and download request. We handle enquiries and technical records (IP addresses, browser/app details and a registration identifier) for support, updates and security, based on our legitimate interests in maintaining the software.
Retention. Pending delivery details are deleted after fulfilment; requests without an issued licence after 30 days. Licence and support records are kept as needed for licence administration, unresolved enquiries and legal obligations. Technical logs are rotated as storage limits are reached.
Hosting. HostGator processes website and email data, including in the United States, under its Data Processing Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
Your rights. Email designer@assuranceclass.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to processing, as applicable under the GDPR. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We commit to providing security updates and technical support for the product's defined lifecycle, fulfilling mandatory notification workflows through single reporting platforms when required.
